What We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, contact details, gender, date of birth, height, weight, and other info you provide when creating an account.
• Device & Activity Data:: Steps, sleep, heart rate, temperature, HRV, and other health metrics recorded by your ChiroRing device and app.
• App Usage Data:How you interact with the app, device info, and feedback you provide.

App Permissions

• Bluetooth: To connect with your ChiroRing device.
• Health Data (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit): If you choose to integrate, to provide health insights. You control what is shared.
• Notifications:To send reminders and updates, if enabled by you.

If you integrate with Apple HealthKit or Google Fit, we only use that data to provide health and wellness features within ChiroRing. We do not use HealthKit or Google Fit data for marketing, advertising, or data mining, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to provide our services or by law.

You may manage these permissions in your device or app settings at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To set up and manage your account.
• To provide personalised insights, track your progress, and support your wellbeing goals.
• To improve our products and services, and to offer you support.
• To send notifications and reminders, if you enable them.
• We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and do not use your information for unrelated purposes.

We do not use your health or biometric data for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your personal or health data with third parties for advertising.

Your data is not used for profiling, automated decision-making, or to determine eligibility for insurance, employment, or other services.

Sharing & Security

• We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law (such as in response to a valid legal request from authorities) or when necessary to provide essential services, like secure cloud storage or analytics that help us operate and improve ChiroRing.
• If you use third-party integrations (like Health Kit or Apple Health), you control what is shared.
• If we use third-party service providers, they are contractually required to protect your data and may only process it on our instructions. If your data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure it receives a comparable level of protection.
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols (such as TLS/SSL and AES), and we apply strict access controls to limit who can access your information. .
• We conduct regular security reviews and audits to help keep your data safe. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please contact us if you have concerns.
• In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Update:You can view and update your personal info in the app.
• Delete: You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Most data is deleted within 30 days, with some backup retention up to 90 days as required by law.
• Consent:You can withdraw permissions at any time in your device or app settings.
• Control: You can restrict data sharing, notifications, and third-party access in your app settings.
• Request a Copy: ou may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us.

You can manage, limit, or revoke access to your health and biometric data at any time in your device or app settings.

Data Retention

• We keep your data only as long as needed for your account or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

Children’s Privacy

• ChiroRing is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International Users

• If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under local law. We comply with applicable regulations and will respond to requests regarding your personal data as required.
