• By creating an account or using the ChiroRing app and device, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ChiroRing. .

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use ChiroRing. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Important Disclaimer

• This device or software is intended for use only for general well-being purposes or to encourage or maintain a healthy lifestyle, and is not intended to be used for any medical purpose (such as the detection, diagnosis, monitoring, management or treatment of any medical condition or disease). Any health-related information provided by this device or software should not be treated as medical advice. Please consult a physician for any medical advice required.

Data Collection & Use

• We collect information you provide (like name, contact details, and health data from your device) to deliver and improve our services.
• We may collect technical data (such as device info, app usage, and location, if enabled) to help us personalise your experience and keep the app running smoothly.

You can manage, limit, or revoke access to your health and biometric data at any time in your device or app settings.

Health Data Integrations

If you choose to integrate with Apple HealthKit or Google Fit, ChiroRing only uses that data to provide wellness features within the app. We do not use HealthKit or Google Fit data for marketing or share it with third parties except to provide ChiroRing’s services or as required by law.

No Advertising, Profiling, or Automated Decisions

ChiroRing does not use your health or biometric data for advertising, marketing, or profiling. Your data is not used for automated decisions or to determine eligibility for insurance, employment, or other services. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

• Use ChiroRing as intended and follow all instructions in the app.
• Do not misuse, copy, or modify the app or device, or use them for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for any costs related to your internet connection or third-party services.

Intellectual Property

• ChiroRing and its software, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use any part of ChiroRing for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Service Changes & Updates

• We may update the app, services, or terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of ChiroRing means you accept any updated terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• ChiroRing strives to provide accurate and reliable services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, network failures, unauthorised use, or events outside our control.
• You use ChiroRing at your own risk.
• ChiroRing is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Termination & Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Dispute Resolution

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises, we encourage open communication and will work with you to resolve it. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the appropriate court in Singapore.

Severability

• If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
